- Overcome the differences in health care systems by garnering health policies to mitigate financial risk

FIRST STEP: MONTH 1
INITIAL CONSULT

CREATING YOUR FAMILY
- Schedule FCI physician consult at no cost. This appointment can be conducted in-person, via Skype or by phone. During this consult, your physician will discuss agency options along with your treatment plan.
- Our FCI 3rd Party Nurse Coordinator will contact you to begin reviewing your treatment plan and coordinate medical details with you.
- Our FCI Concierge Service will contact you to review the process and assist in your appointment and travel details. The concierge will also get you in touch with a FCI financial consultant about the cost of your treatment.
SECOND STEP: MONTH 1-3
VISIT #1
Your FCI 3rd Party Coordinator and Concierge Service will help you schedule your first visit to Chicago. This appointment will be scheduled approximately 1-3 months later and will include:
- FCI physician in-person consultation and physical exam at no charge
- Saline Sonogram to evaluate the uterine cavity for you or gestational carrier
- FCI 3rd Party Nurse Coordinator consultation, including consent review and signing
- Sperm drop-off for cryopreservation (freezing) for your upcoming IVF procedure
- Consult to review your egg donor and/or gestational surrogacy if needed. The agency appointment can be included for those using a gestational surrogate.
- FCI's psychologist appointment.
- Attorney Consultation. A list of attorneys is available from which to choose. Your attorney appointment can be made by you, or with the assistance of our Concierge Service. (Please note: Your attorney MUST be specialized in Third-Party Reproduction).
THIRD STEP: MONTH 3
VISIT #2
- Your Third-Party Nurse Coordinator will help you schedule your second visit to Chicago, for your procedure. This will be your egg retrieval and/or your embryo transfer.
- Pregnancy Test! 2 WEEKS AFTER EMBRYO TRANSFER
FOURTH STEP: GOAL MONTH 12
9 months later hopefully BABY!
